I just downloaded warband off of the game sight. When I go to install it, it says to please insert the disc and click ok?? I downloaded it so how can I have a friggin disk? Any help would be appreciated.

I dunno, I bought the game on steam. As did most of the people here I'm assuming. The TaleWorlds site will probably have more info on installation procedure when bought directly from them.
