Price from Game: Shift

I saw in amazon.de the Game Need for Speed Shift for 20€.
Why The Game cost in Steam 50€ ?

Because EA has not allowed Steam to lower the price for German users / IPs.

US price on Steam was reduced already. German price (or other regions) will follow... someday... maybe... hopefully ;)
