when in 3rd person, is it possible to zoom the camera, or change the zoom permanently in the INI files?

Have you tried plr_fFOVOverride (IIRC the name...)?

so I should just open the console and change the FOV, and it will get closer? i'll try that.

i tried it, it worked just fine, thanks! Do you know of a way to have a different FOV for 1st and 3rd person without having to use the plr_fFOVOverride cvar every time?

How do you go into third person? Is that a console command?
