Any Mods For AutoPickup?

Are there any mods for auto ammo and money pickup? It's just a hassle to keep pressing (or holding) E

Would also like to know about a mod. But im looking for one that autopick up items of a specific colour. (like only purple ones and above etc)

Apart from using the mouse wheel to cycle backwards and forwards through your weapons you can usually use the "Wheel Click" action to activate \ use items in most FPS games. Borderlands is no different in this regard and I have been using this option to activate \ pick-up items in the game since I started playing it.
