Have any of you contributed to the STALKER pages on Wikipedia? It still deserves attention IMHO. I tried it but I'm pretty sure my English isn't sufficient - since every time I edit something some one will change it back.

I tried to edit there, but there are some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who changes everything back & worse. I tried to generate a new list of artifacts, categorizing them on game basis, but someone reversed everything I done so I gave up :P

If you guys are offering valid and correct changes and updates, but they're being turned down (by the original author?), isn't there someone at Wikipedia you could complain to?
It doesn't seem right for someone to just deny edits if they're valid, and I don't think Wikipedia allows people to resist edits just because they like their own version better.

Just help us out on http://stalker.wikia.com . It's pretty much the end-all of STALKER knowledge on the internet, and probably far more accurate / in-depth then Wikipedia will allow.

I just went and added the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Wiki link to the "External Links" section of each page of the Wikipedia articles.
Let's see if it all sticks...

I just noticed a few things about those Wikipedia pages.
On the SoC Page it says:

This article may require cleanup to meet Wikipedia's quality standards. Please improve this article if you can. (April 2008)

On the CS page it says:

This article has multiple issues. Please help improve the article or discuss these issues on the talk page.

* Its tone or style may not be appropriate for Wikipedia. Tagged since October 2009.
* It needs to be expanded. Tagged since September 2008.
* It may require general cleanup to meet Wikipedia's quality standards. Tagged since May 2008.

And on the CoP page it says:

This section does not cite any references or sources.
Please help improve this article by adding citations to reliable sources. Unsourced material may be challenged and removed. (January 2010)

So if anyone is meeting any resistance in editing those pages, and thinks they have a right to and are improving on them, I would suggest they argue the case with the Powers That Be at Wikipedia.
