Why is everything but the background black?

It lights up when I step on it, thats the only signs of colors.

I have the same problem too (though it doesn't prevent from playing, it is a bit annoying indeed). Don't hesitate to add an answer with your configuration, there (your game account is your forum account there). I'm guessing a 7900 series graphical card?

I don't use a 7900. I have an old pc so I use a 6150LE.

Post it in the thread on the forums. More people that have this issue, more likely it will get fixed.
