Okay so the game will download at full speed as soon as I open steam for about 20-40 seconds, and then it will stop, and just be stuck on "download starting"
The only way to get the download to start again, is to restart steam, when it starts immediately, symptom reoccurs.
This is extremely frustrating and probably has nothign to do with the game itself, but I only notice it when trying to download this game, not others.
Anyone know of anything? This sucks.
