Error creating user. (error 2)

Problem creating user, I tried making another name when it said that error because I could not log on with the first one because of the same error same problem with settings. I have went to the password recovery at password.plainsightgame.com and it says recovery instruction are sent to the email address. I have tested with a made up email and it said no email on found.

Any fix for this steam or can you refund my money?

Me and all my friends got the "Error 2" message but it still let us create the accounts anyway and we can play the game regardless.

its a bug with our account server, it still works, but you need to try again if the error occurs.

Both my brother and I had the same issue.

I thought I had entered my email address and confirmation incorrectly or something, so I cleared that field and entered it again. It took it the second time. Did the same thing for my brother.

So like Rob above me said, just punch it in again.

I tried to set it on on a friends account (I recommended it as a lot of fun!), and we are getting the same error. Will keep trying... is there a fix on the go?
