Counter-Strike: Source Hours Problem

ok, So lately I've been having this problem in which my steam believes that I haven't been playing CS:S at all. I'll sit here 4 hours at a time and my hours will say "1.1 Hours/23,3 Hours on record". Although I really have over 400 hours on record.

I've reinstalled CS:S, and such, but I can't seem to fix it. Could it possibly be the UI update?

CS Promod seems to reset everyones CSS hours if you've had it installed.

I have, and it did that for awhile, but normally it would go back to CS:S. maybe that's thew problem, I'll uninstall it and try.
