In the Pink Pearl in Siren Alley, there is a room that is locked. To unlock it, you must pay 10 dollars to open a window in another room, and shoot the door control with electro-bolt. There is a safe, a healthkit, an EVE hypo, and a corpse hung up in a "crucifixion" position. After looting this room, the door would not open up. Is there something I need to do in this room to open the door?

Its supposed to stay open.
Maybe you found a bug...

Is that the room with the Power to the People machine in it? If so, then I think I know what room you're talking about.

Doesn't it open and close automatically? Perhaps lure a splicer?

I'm pretty sure it does not have a Power to the People machine. It is a fairly small room with a healtkit, a eve hypo, a safe, and a dead splicer hung up with her arms spread out so she makes a T shape. I reloaded a save, went in it, and it happened again.

That's not supposed to happen. Perhaps, next time you open the door you could quickly wedge it with something by hitting it in the door's way?
