LAG ON GTA 4

its sooooo lagy i just started playing it and its sooooo lagy
my proccesor:intel(R)core(TM)i5 CPU 660 @ 3.33GHz 3.33 GHz
and its not my grapchic card its can run way better grapchic games then this

What is your graphics card? What is the res that you're runnign at? What settings have you chosen in the graphics options? Care to elaborate please?

i restarted my pc and it didnt lag anymore :D
