I have GTAIV retail and I downloaded EFLC from steam, when I launch EFLC I receive the error message: EFLC FATAL ERROR: Windows XP: Need to have Service Pack 3 or higher to proceed. But I'm running Vista Ultimate 64-bit. Any ideas?
