View Full Version : Radio stations in the DLC/Episodes
Since I'm in Europe I can't buy the episodes or DLC yet, so I'm hoping a helpful North American can answer:
GFWL/DLC: -Is there new music/new radio stations?
Episodes/retail: -Are the original radio stations there? Are there new ones? Is there still a way to play your own music?
Thanks in advance for any answers.

Episodes/Retail:
I didn't notice much in new music.. maybe they slipped in more Iron Maiden for TLAD, but outside of that I can't say. Independence FM is still there, and you can still bring in your own music. Does it support M4a?

Does it support M4a?
Read this on wikipedia:
Supported file types are .wma, .mp3 and .m4a. Quicktime or iTunes needs to be installed for M4A support.

I know on consoles the downloaded versions lacked the new radio stations... one is called Vice City Radio I believe, not sure on the other one.
The Steam download though is likely a different animal, but I can't say for sure.

In TLAD, I didn't see the new radio stations, but in TBOGT I did see them.

Yeah, I think the whole new stations are in TBOGT only, so the Steam version has them. I bet the GFWL download does not though, similar to the console version. Buyer beware and all that.
Vice City Radio is awesome just for having "Heart and Soul."

The new music is in TL&D as well. Just played it and listen to VC radio. Can't get my own tunes to work though on Independence Radio FM for some reason as they are in MP3 format?
