Stranded Server

Hello I am trying to start a stranded server, YET I am unable to as it seems to not be working. We are using the 2.2.1 build and were wodnering if anyone has any builds that are working that you may be willing to let us use.

I can code if needed but I would prefer not having to, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
