Movie grain

Is there any way to disable movie grain?

I never understood making, realistic or beautiful or fun graphics styles depending on the game and publisher and then ruining all that work with film grain.:confused::confused:

I just got The devils playhouse and I too am disappointed I can't turn off the movie grain.
I do not like movie grain, never did, never will! :(
