Well, i had recently noticed that KF now supports the german language (see it in the language tab in properties) and as a german player i was very interested into that.
So in looking forward I changed the language and steam downloaded something, but was fast. ok.
I started a game and looked out what were translated, but it isn't really german at all. Only thing which has been translated were the Achievements, not less, not more.
So are you just kidding about that?
Is it barefaced to expect a translated UI and not only few achievements?

Erm.. what?
No, every voice command is translated into german, but its ridiculous..
the english voice commands were translated 1:1 into german.. its gruesome! No splatter, bad voice commands, horrible voice cast.. Killing Floor rated R for ridiculous!
Du musst die Sprache noch in den Steamoptionen auswählen.

i congratulate you on your english!
if it was the other way round, and the game was written with a german UI, i wouldnt have a clue (i'm UK)...so i do, in some respect, admire you.
i hope this can be fixed, as i expect it must be difficult for people that dont speak/grasp english.

I must confess that I didn't check the voice commands ;)
@NorthernMonkey: To whom did you wrote? Is it to me, so, sorry mate, english is not my mother tongue and I try as best as I can
Be prepared, listener, german text below ...
Du musst die Sprache noch in den Steamoptionen auswählen.
Was meinst du genau? Ich muss die Steam-Sprache selbst noch einmal umstellen, also das Hauptprogramm? Wie verrückt ist denn das, bitte?

Thanks to Nemesis1337 i had switched the steam main language into german and et voila, the complete game is in german. It's a little bit confusing, that I'll have to do this in addition to change the game language in his property-tab.
Not the solution i had searched for, but better than nothing :-)
- solved -

I don't really see the point in translating this game anyway. For me, a part of the game's charm results from the English accents. It's more or less similar to TF2.
The game is just not the same without the original voice acting.
