You know there are tons of maps at Planet Phillip (http://www.planetphillip.com/). There are over 1000 maps and mods for HL1, BS, Op4, HL2, Ep1, Ep2 and Portal.

I know he is interested in having every working map or mod on his site (with the author's permission). (Note that the older ones hosted on the Filecloud server are currently unavailable, since Filecloud "died". His summer project is getting them all up again.)
