View Full Version : Be Completely honest - Should I buy this game?

From looking at their forums and looking at these forums, i'm very wishy washy about whether or not to buy the game yet.
I can understand not a lot of people are playing online yet, because it just came out, but i want to know gameplay wise, weapons wise, is this game worth 10 dollars? Or should i maybe wait for a sale?
Because i don't really have the cash to doll out for a sub-par game. =/

Try lead and gold first, then this game.

i love this game, but if you are short of money i would say to go to lead and gold.

The haters are going to win killing this game :(

The game is worth it. There is currently a 10% off sale and it's totally worth more if you ask me. Trust me the game is lots of fun and has tons of potential. The developer is around and will make improvements as time passes. You will not regret it :)

I bought it and am regretting it because its not a finished product, gunplay is the most imortant thing for me and its not fun but it has alot of potential so keep checking.

The lack of dedicated servers is killing it, few people can or will host (believe me, a game community I'm part of has added dedicated servers for a P2P game that do nothing but forward network traffic simply because most people will not change their NAT settings to be able to host) so there's almost no games open.

I love it. I never liked Soldat but this is much better.

I'll have to buy it just because it's a side-scroller! :P
The devs deserve my money for making one and even if it's not any good I have faith in the power of indie devs and patches :P

until dedicated servers are here this game is a complete waste of time. It is hard to get a few people together and when you do the server goes down... pass this one over for now for sure. I wasted my cash.

The only fun I could see this is at a lan where you have some people to play it for sure and no one is going to kill the server.
