View Full Version : Is removing the in-game music considered to be an exploit?

Topic is the question; since I found a way to do it with out replacing the sound files with empty text files and muted the annoying "indestructible" music.

I wouldn't see why it would be...especially considering you can turn it almost completely off with the volume control in the options.

Almost wouldn't be 0%, not enough to have no music at all. I'll be distributing the edited .csb file, and/or providing instructions on how to edit it. That's the specified terms of my unsureness. It's not simply options in game.

Yeah, I know you can't take it to 0% in the options, but since you can *almost* do it, I see no reason why making it completely silent via other means would be an exploit. So yeah, go for it, I don't see how it gives you any advantage whatsoever.

I don't see why it'd be an exploit. I got rid of the announcer as well, can't stand the guy.
