For those getting a black screen on high-end computers

Upon install, every time I launched the game I could hear the sounds, but could only see a black screen. Apparently a common problem. So I did a little searching.

The game (crappy Ubi programmers) thinks the game installed to my system drive C: and reflects this in the game.ini file located in the SP:C main folder.

I updated the game.ini file to reflect the actual game location which was:

E:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction

An presto! the game loaded without black screen.

Here is my pertinent comp load out, all with latest drivers...etc.

Win7 Pro
ATI 5870HD
8GB RAM
AMD Phenom II X4 920

And for anyone else that didn't know where exactly the OP was refering to, the gameinfo.ini file is in the "Steam\steamapps\common\Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction" folder.
