Civ IV and expansions

In order to take advantage of the fact that I have all expansions and the base game do I need to install each on my steam list? Also, which do I click to play? I only have beyond the sword installed and have played it but I am guessing that does not give me everything.

No it doesn't matter each one is a full game.

Normally it is
CIV IV
CIV IV Warlords
CIV IV Beyond the sword

CIV Colo... <- almost like a special mod edition

And each are stand alone with their own unique campaigns.

Beyond the sword just has all them units and specials that can be played in previous "normal" game, I guess.
