This has fixed most of my issues (CTD mainly, as well as some stuttering)

Worked for me. I crashed after about 15 minutes before. I just played over an hour no problems. The ATI fix worked for me (Windows 7(64) 4870 x 2 CF).

I wasn't getting any crashes with my 5870 (playing @ 1080P)
but i upgraded anyway. game is still kinda slow..

CF and SLI don't work in the game yet (not that when it does that will speed it up for me on my htpc) but patch 1.01 will fix that.

The preview drivers helped my stuttering problem but the game still seems to run pretty slow on any settings.

Where do we have to install that? I tried but since I had no idea where to install it I took a guess, but since there has been no positive change I guess I was wrong.
