Can I get some help?

Hi, I made this one map that I am rather proud of, though, I used some custom models that I found online. I have been told that to make them work properly for everyone, I have to pack them into the bsp, or something like that. but I can not figure out how to do that. Can someone give me some help to figure it out? Thanks.
