Character got stuck in the terrain

What to do if my character got stuck in the terrain~ I tried opening the portal but can't and I tried lot of things but my charcter seem cant get out of the place~ :mad:

Basically, go into your settings.txt file in the application data/runic games/torchlight and change the line that says Console: 0 to Console: 1.

Then, hold shift and the ~ key. Then type ASCEND. That shouldnt flag you as a cheater and you will be unstuck.
