Host a dedicated server with my webhost?

I currently own a web server through the service siteground.com I was wondering if I would be able to host a dedicated counter-strike server with it.

Web hosting is only for websites.
You cannot run executables there.

If you want to host gameservers you would need dedicated server, not webhosting plan.
