EULA scrolling error

The game's EULA pops up when you choose to install the game. IF you did want to actually read the whole thing, you wouldn't be able to since the bottom part of it never comes into view. The scrollbar is not scaled to the window size so the bottom of the scrollbar doesn't reach the bottom of the text. You have to drag your mouse further to scroll to the bottom and there's still parts that you wouldn't be able to read. Also, the window can't be resized.

Apart from the obvious non-relevance of this ;), not being able to read the whole EULA and still being able to 'accept' possibly has legal implications (IANAL) like, not being bound to the agreement since you couldn't read the whole thing.

IMHO, it wouldn't be nice if an indie game creator(s) got screwed out of his/her/their profits.

Even though most people just click through EULA's without a second thought, if the EULA is such that it needs to be explicitly displayed and agreed to before installing the game, it needs to be readable.

Please hurry, I want to play this game because it looks awesome.
