I bought this game yesterday because I had fun with the demo but I don't really know anything about rally racing. Can anyone explain or have a link to something that can explain what the passenger says means while in a rally race? I sort of can figure it out, but just wondering if there's a resource somewhere online to learn. Thanks.

Give this a read:
Rally Navigator Lingo (http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/showthread.php?t=14330 )
Also there this:
To everyone who is finding the default pace notes not to their liking, there is a "technical" toggle option (My Stuff, Co-Drivers) that will give you the "Left 3, Right 5, 40" that you're looking for.
Is that better?

The format is usually [distance in metres] [direction] [turn sharpness] [corner features]
For example, "120 left 2 bad camber" means "in 120 metres, sharp left corner with a reverse bank". Lower numbers on corner sharpness are sharper corners. Sometimes the distance will come after the corner intensity, I think it depends on how fast it's coming up.
Other terms:
Hairpin = 180 degree corner
Crest = Hill
Dip = Valley
Slowing = get on the brakes soon
You really have to pay attention because on a complex track it'll quickly become "120 left 3 slowing into right 2 dip through narrow village into hairpin left"

I like the fact that in the game you can also change how the co-drivers say it. It can be simple or technical, suits how you drive
