Just wanna say thanks for the support Croteam always gives to it's games, for the fact they keep their eyes open for problems here in the Steam forums (and for answering to people asking) and for trying to solve them as well (the patch which solved the ati issue was ready just the day after the release). I'm a long time Serious-fan of all Serious Sam games, and i've got them all. Also, i really liked the idea to give First and Second encounter a restyle with a new awesome graphic engine :) And also, the new versus and coop modes are awesome.
Keep following this way :P

Yes they have the absolute best communication of any developer I have dealt with. They still have the love of gaming in their hearts. So so rare in theses times. Make a great game. Be there for their customers. Lots of happy customers == repeat customers and word of mouth sales for the developer! One persons good experience may net you 10 new sales but a bad experience can cost you 100 sales. Basic Business 101!

Hehe yeah, i'm really happy of their customer-care policy :) if they'll make a Serious Sam 3, no doubt i'll buy it as soon as it's released ;)

I can only agree, by reading this forum it look like they care a lot about feedbacks and take time to fix what have to be fixed. It gives a really good impression and seems to be really rare (even with smaller game studios)

This is yet another reason why more people should own this game. It feels nice playing a true PC game, this day in age. To have this kind of support is also not as easy to come by. Croteam are wonderful <3

You realize that supporting customers is in their best interest and isn't done out of the goodness of their hearts, right? Not that it's a bad thing, but it's all about profit in the end.

That's sure, but many developers just don't care about customers problems. And u can see even less of them answering in the forums to the common people in troubles with their games :)

You just don't see sound business practices being utilized by the major developers any more. The take us for granted that we will always be there. With CroTeam, I don't feel like I'm being taken for granted or taken advantage of. It's about them earning my respect. I also feel my patronage is appreciated by Croteam. I feel like I'm being respected as a customer of their product and they are willing to do whats right to keep me as a repeat customer. I don't feel this way about any other developer currently and thats including Valve.
The other developers just assume despite poor customer service/communication and DRM that punishes legit customers, lousy short SP games with the focus on bad MP games, that we will always be there. That ain't so. I already have enough games to last me plus older titles I haven't yet played, so technically I need never buy another current or new game and still have plenty to play for the rest of my life. Developers need me and others that have self respect as a happy customer to survive, I don't need them at all.

With all the hard work and effort they have put into this game with such a short timeframe from SSHFE's release, they deserve more then just "Thanks"
