Crosshair Modification :|

So I prefer to play any and all RPG's in the third person perspective, however when I switch to this camera angle the Crosshair disappears (Which is a stupid design flaw..)..

So to fix this problem I downloaded a modification for the game that enabled the crosshair to be present at all times, extracted all the files to the right folders but it does not work, what am I doing wrong - I have tried every crosshair mod avaliable! Please help me if you know how to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.

Did you turn on the file?

Which means either through the launcher's "Data Files" option, or OBMM, have you made sure that the box next to the mod of your preference is checked?

Yeah, I have - But it stated in every file type as it was just a simple .xml modification that it would work automatically without requiring any Data File to be turned on.
