Wristwatch in game?

I was reading a Gamesradar article and they used this image:

How do you get this in-game? Is there just some button I've never pressed?

I've never seen that watch save from setting the time before sleeping at a safehouse.

That image seems to be edited. I also have never seen that in-game

Well, I did a little more digging, and IGN had this larger version of the picture:

I assume it was a screenshot of an early version of the game, and the watch didn't make it to the final release.
