Performance Issues

Im having trouble with my framerate on some maps like scrapyard, estate and karachi lately. I used to play on high details and everything was fine but now my framerate drops to anoying levels
even though i put everything to low details!

I even formated my Harddrive and reinstalled windows so it has nothing to do with other software.
I have tried different ,including the newest , drivers.
My Cpu and Gpu temperatues are both fine.

My System is :
Athlon X2 6000+
Geforce 8800 GT
2GB RAM
Win XP 32 bit

Id really like some help in this matter!

if your frame rates just dropped without any explanation i would be safe to say its a psychical issue with your card or hardware. take out your card see if you see any burnt or fried pins or places.

If that would be the case i would experience similiar issues on the other maps AND in other games.
I do not though, so its hardly a physical issue.

no man i cant help you out bro, my game has been getting better performance after the update oddly enough
