Teammate, bigger area is better?

When u look at ur teammates area's u get a nice graph with skill, agression and stuff like that, but is a bigger area better or smaller? I thought it wuld be bigger so I took a new teammate for pretty low ammount of moniez with nearly every stat full. He seems to be way way worse as my old teammate :( Also if a teammate wins a race instead of u, does that mean ya don't get the nice golden trophee :) ?

I would guess that is the way it ought to work, but after firing my first driver and trying two more that appeared to have better stats they started to do worse even in the races they are supposed to be better in. Honestly they stink worse than a big loose beer dump.

Kind of a drag when they hold you back on points, knock you off the track and then say sorry and never do anything to win any sponsorship money lol.

And apparently the Japanese drivers for me so far haven't been good for anything else but, uhh.. sounding Japanese.
