no music in red tide

hey ive been playing through first mission of red tide
and i realized there hasnt been any music watsoever through not only gameplay but including menu screen and all except for the intro movie.
it seems im not the only person with this problem and i was wondering if any one has a solution for this?

I am having the same issue, but no one has helped me over at the MoW forums (http://forum.1cpublishing.eu/forumdisplay.php?f=112). I am playing under Windows 7 64-bit using the on-board Realtek audio chipset.

Same thing with me - no music at all on my Steam version of Red Tide (no music at all on my Steam versions of ToW2: Africa 1943 or ToW2: Kursk 1943, either, even though there was on the demo).

It's not a bug it's a feature :cool:

There just isn't any music in Red Tide or the ToW 2 expansions. Jut gotta play your own :)

It's called realism. They didn't exactly take brass bands into WWII. You can play some Punk Rock if you like but we know in reality if the Americans/ Soviets had actually done that in WWII the war would have been over in months coz the Germans would have shot 'emselves. But alas it did'nt exist and all the forces out there could hear were gunshots.
