Problem with purchase of full game

So, I tried the demo for the game and some friends and I decided to split on the 4 pack. So far, so good. The problem arises when I go to install the game, the demo is still in the steam list along with the full game. Oh well, maybe just a bug, no big deal right? Well the problem is that when I start up the full game it thinks that it is still the demo. I have tried removing both of the games from my list and deleting all the iron grip files in my steam folder and reinstalling. No luck, it will still install both the full game and the demo and starting the full game is still in demo mode. So basically, I would like to play the game I bought. Naturally the CD key from steam doesn't seem to work with the ingame registration thing either.

I'm currently installing my Iron Grip as it for some reason didn't install it last night. Let's see if mine is the same.

Hey, you might want to check this out.

I see that in your case you might have a registration issue as well.
try deleting all game's files (game,demo, dedicated server files), assure they were deleted by going in Steam>SteamApps>Common>Iron Grip Warlord.
Reinstall the game and try once more to register.
In case it doesn't, mail us at support@isotx.com submitting your serial key, computer's specs, OS and the message error you got.

Ok so it seems to have started to recognize my CD key at some point between last night and this morning. If anyone else has this problem here is what I did.

1)uninstall the game in steam, and uninstall the sever files under tools
2)go into your steam folder and delete the file for iron grip there as well
3)restart steam (who knows, maybe this helps!?)
4)reinstall the game, it will still say the demo is there and the game will still not work properly
5)enter your CD key ingame and hope for the best. I had to repeat this 3 times before it magically started working so who knows.

1) I tried the demo and bought the game.

2) When I downloaded the full game it was only ~56MB. I thought wth but okay.

3) I had both the full game and the demo in my games list. Launching the full game gave me the error "Failed to contact key server". The demo still worked.

4) I deleted the demo but it remained in my games list (???).

5) I deleted the full game and both it and the demo were removed from my games list. I made sure the dedicated server had been removed from my Tools list.

6) I deleted the "iron grip warlord" folder from my Steam apps folder.

7) I downloaded the full game again. This time it was over 500MB. I am now back at step 3 (literally the demo is in my games list again and all).
