Is there multi-core support?

Is that texture bug (fog) with 4xxx ATI cards still present?

Yes there is multi-core support Though i dont think it works

Cause i was just able to turn it on :O

i don't own a real dual-core CPU.

That's sweet!! I run CSS currently at around 55-120 fps (avg. 80) and in tf2 multi-core support practically doubled my fps 80 to 145 fps.

about that strange "fog"... you have to enable Catalyst A.I. to make it return normal ;)

As for that hidden path mod msg. I wouldn't mind testing the multi-core feature @ 1080p with my 4850 and q6600 @ 3.6.

Light texture (16bit, fog etc..) issues still present in ATI 4xxx and 5xxx cards.

PS like in tf2 choke & loss no longer available in net_graph 1 (net_graph 2 and 3 are too big but includes choke and loss).


Didn't fully test multi-core as it crashes when switching on/off as with many video options in fullscreen.

it seems the css source engine provides better quality for ati 4xxx and 5xxx players but the fps in the beta is much higher.
