Blue Headshot?

I've seen sometimes that instead of the traditional headshot symbol, there is a blue person with blue crosshairs over the head out in front of the kill feed. Does anyone know what this means?

EDIT: Now I just saw a picture of a chain link. Anyone know what this is?

Domination is the "Blue headshot" thing. The chain with the break in it is "Breaking the chain," or "Revenge."

Domination is when you kill the same person multiple times without them killing you. Kind of like in TF2.

Revenge is simply killing the person who has a domination on you.

Is a domination also the same as a "killing spree" described in some of the achievements?

Don't know the answer to that question. I'd assume the Killing Spree would be just X amount of kills without dying. Dominations, you can be killed by anyone BUT The person you're dominating to continue dominating them.

Let me try to explain using an example..

Let's say Joe kills Bob 5 times, Bob hasn't killed Joe at all.

Joe is now Dominating bob.

Joe gets killed by Sam though, thus ending his 'killstreak,' per se.

Joe is still dominating Bob.

Bob manages to kill Joe.

Bob has obtained revenge, and the Domination is no longer in effect.

Exactly as Roufroy said.

If you're on CT, the domination icons appear as Blue.

If you're on T, the domination icons appear as Red. Team-based. Chains work the same way.

In regards to the killing spree question, it's 5 kills within a 15-second period.

Yes, I just got the devil icon in-game. What does that stand for?

The devil icon is shown when you press tab, is next to the person who is dominating you. There can be more than one person at a time.
