Portal Model Missing

I get error following a crashing of portal. It says that I'm missing a concrete bock :( and the game misses. I do not know how to reinstall the game with out deleting and re-downloading it.
How do i get the missing model back so that i can play?

Right Click on Portal;

Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity Of Game Cache

This will check if any of the game files are corrupt and re-download them in needed, give that a go.

Nope didn't work.


Model models/props_debris/concrete_chunk08a.mdl not found and models/error.mdl couldn't be loaded

Annoying, im not quite sure then. How fast is your internet, maybe try re-downloading it? Could possibly fix it, then again it might not :(

I guess I'll have to try that :( o well. It's so much fun....
