How do I export replay AVI not FRAPS

I was wondering if it's still possible to export replays in AVI, or if that was just for the demo?
I would use FRAPS, but I think AVI export might get rid of the lower menu and floating text, which I want to be able to do.

Getting the hang of this game, and I wanted to start recording my best runs.

Not a bad game at all once I got the Momo working correctly. Sort of a poor mans Dirt! The GT racer kinda reminds me of the older cross country NFS racing games before Underground.

As for you vid's I'm afraid I'm clueless. These threads are sorta dead so probably trying it will probably be quicker than waiting on an answer.;)

Yeah, I can't seem to figure it out, searched even every file of the game.

Unfortunatly the support for this game is very lacking, from the developers.

It seems they broke some promises. They even promised updates, which never seemed to happen, and online community is sadly dead.

Whats keeping me playing though is the challenge of the tracks, and being able to watch the perfect replays. Also, racing dirt tracks is a lot of fun. Otherwise, I wouldn't play. I don't see it from the point of view of a hardcore race sim fan though.

But, I also cant get my gamepad to work with it, which is a bummer. I don't own a game wheel, since racing isnt the only genre I like.

Anyway, FRAPS could work, but even with low graphics on the FRAPS records it noticably laggy at times.
