Hey people,
With the last update, we can do Custom Maps for Nation Red, and it would be nice to have new "releases" in only one thread, instead of scatered all over the forum.

How about we just post the download link here, and I'll daily/weekly edit this one post?

Oh and btw...
I need a tutorial

Hello ColdSeer,

Very true. I am now finalizing a tutorial and will post it asap.

It will explain how to create your own levels, and you can choose to go very easy (your own Free Play level) to more advanced levels where you can create pathfinding maps, etc.

So how can I create my own custom map? I could figure out myself if I could find the editor or whatever?

There's your answer ;)
There is no editor, you make maps out of 3D editor thingies...
But none of the programs used are exclusive or built for Nation Red.

Big shout out to DiezelPower for this, would like to add though that I at least would be more than happy to shell out a couple of bucks for DLC if you guys felt like making some ;)

What's the most popular 3D editor that would work?

Most popular 3D Studio Max or Maya is my guess.

Personally I will try Blender since it is free and possibly Gile[s] for the light mapping...also because it is free :D
