not that i know of. I'd love to see tank action on the islands. The Sherman was a beast compared to the Japanese Ha-Go.

Wow I didnt know Romania had an army in WWII...I take that back, yes they did. They were near the 6th armies flank at Stalingrad on the river Don.

Did it have tanks? If so, I think that the CC maps could be incorporated into the RO servers couldnt it?

Edit: I see it had some tanks...

I just played Men of War - Red Tide and right now Im fighting the Romanian Army near Odessa, Russia so yeah, I guess so actually I knew this since Hitler allied with the Romanians and others to attack Russia which I guess didn't help much in the long run!

PS Yes there is only it hasn't been released yet since its a mod for Heroes of Stalingrad called Rising Storm.

Romania was helping Germany on the Eastern front but I think around the end of the Stalingrad battle, the Romanians retreated even though they were superior to the Russians...

A German Stuka Pilot watched the Romanians flee as he went back to base

I know the Russians broke thru the Romanian army to the north, and I think the Italians to the south to form a circle around Stalingrad. If I remember correctly from my excellent "World At War" documentry which I own, the Romaninan army had no anti-tank guns, and no tanks either. Perhaps that did cause some of them to flee!

The Romanian Army did have Anti-Tank Guns and Tanks. What made them retreat was probably fear as the Russians came running at them.
