Well. I downloaded all 3..

click on any of them.. the "preparing to launch" window appears for .5 seconds and vanishes.

That's it.. nothing even useful to report.

i only got steam a little more than a week ago with civ 4 and i'm dealing with this problem. the support people haven't gotten back to me, and i'm unsure why i'm the only one dealing with this as it seems to have been resolved for everyone else in may. any clues as to what i can do?
