What is this? since when does a window disappear when it is not in the foreground?
All window behavior indicates that the window should still be visible when clicking outside of it so long as the window is not a fullscreen window. This goes against ALL window behavior in OS X for the past 10 years.
edit: I should add that you nail window behavior in the movie and the load screen, otherwise it fails.
