Full Screen Issues- WinXP

I'm having issues with this game. When I open it, the fullscreen mode is not taking up the whole screen.
I have tried changing the resolution to 1440x900, changing my refresh rates, changing resolution to something lower, but it always ends up looking like this... http://www.neowin.net/forum/uploads/monthly_05_2010/post-51448-12738801832692.jpg

This is what it looks like in fullscreen. Taskbar still at bottom, portion of the right side is missing and showing my desktop. This also happens in City of Heroes. This does not happen in any other games other than Penumbra and CoH. I play many other games, and these are the only ones to cause such issue.

Winxp - sp3
Nvidia 8800gt - 185.85 drivers
LCD display samsung 1440x900 monitor

Hmm, when that happens to me is because I clicked outside when it was loading. I mean I clicked on some window or the taskbar. Usualy clicking the game part of the screen, or the "game thing" in the taskbar, fixes it.

But you should probably try their forums for support. Cuz there may be bugs they didn't find out and I think they'd like to, if that's the case.
