The free promotion: get it now, download later?

I already have Portal. But my friend would really like it. However she is out of the country and on a very slow Internet connection. Can she claim Portal for free during the promotion, and it will be in her library to download for free later, even if she cant download it till after 5/24/10?

Works exactly the same way as if you had paid $$$ for it. Once you confirm the purchase, its yours, so-to-speak. When you choose to download it is strictly up to you.
