Normaly whenever your weapon is not fully loaded you can manually reload. With heavy ammo you get 25% more ammo for your weapon.
So far so good. But when you have heavy ammo and let's say your magnum is at 6/8 shots, or the super shotty at 3/4 or the flamthrower at 50/63 (or in short you have the default ammo left) you cannot reload. It's not that big of an issue, but I wanted to mention it.
