Easier way to replay ending?

I finished the game and did the "good" ending. Then I played the DLC missions and finished those. Then I saw there were 2 different endings (I did saw something flashing where the choice was, but it was gone before I read it)

So now I wanna do that ending, but my last save is from the the second or third mission or so. What happened to my last save? Do I have to replay the entire game now? :/

If you've completed the main campaign and haven't overwritten the save slot it used you should be able to get close to the end by loading that save, opening the GAME OPTIONS menu and choosing MISSION SELECT.
