Weird bug

Ive played this before like a week ago and it worked fine got like halfway through the game.
Now when i try to start it up however i get fuel appear in the taskbar but then a black screen will keep maximising and minimising indefinately this is said to be fuel.

Any idea's?

I have had some strange minimizing with the new Steam client and a few games, I have found that background task like Firefox can sometimes cause it.

Check any background tasks and close what you don't need.
