As far as I'm aware none of the mods I use insert new items into the game, so this should be an original. I was gobsmacked when it dropped in the Tu'tara caverns. Sadly I don't know what it does yet as my Vanq doesn't meet the strength requirement so it's sitting in my shared stash awaiting my next character.

Confirmed via the runicgames forums that it IS an original item, not from a mod. :)

yeah. I had a test character that I used cheats with and I have several of those. never had one drop on my regular characters though.

I actually have found one (without using cheats or anything). I thought it was pretty funny, and it was actually of a decent strength when I found it. Too bad that most of the "effects" on it don't actually do anything. I've always wanted to kill an enemy with noodle arms and socks.
