Hearts of iron 3 crashing fun..

I have had this game since November of last year and none of my 3 windows computers would run it without crashing at the first load, so now with it out on mac i thought maybe I would get to play this game...nope crashes on the first load....

Anyone have any luck actually playing this games cause i have not gotten to play it once...ever

Yup, works fine for me. OSX 10.6.4, MacBookPro5,2. Does anything get dumped into the Console that might give you some hints on what is breaking?
