Tales of valor currently unavailable

Everytime i go to play tales of valor it goes to installing first time set up step 1 of 2 then goes to this game is currently unavailable.. but iv been able to play the game before.

but i dont have TOV... it just says game not avalible and nothin more.... it has been like this for 4 days now.....
